Armortek Winch Rope Warranty
By placing an order for our Synthetic Winch Rope products, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Responsibility
You understand that using a winch rope, especially under high-stress applications, requires care and attention. Proper installation and usage in line with product instructions are essential to ensure safe operation. The winch rope should be inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage, and ropes exhibiting any fraying, thinning, or other deterioration should not be used.
Limited Warranty
Our synthetic winch ropes are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable:

Standard Synthetic Winch Rope: 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Extreme Synthetic Winch Rope: 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
In the event that a product fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace or repair it, one time, at no charge. To be eligible for replacement, the Customer must return the defective rope within thirty (30) days of the product’s failure. All returns should be sent to our designated address, with a purchase receipt and a description of the issue. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
The Warranty does not cover the cost of labour or transportation/shipping charges.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including exceeding the rated capacity or improper use of the product.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
- Accidents, Acts of God, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the Seller
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Remedy
Except for the limited warranty set forth above, and to the extent allowed by local law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use the product, whether foreseeable or not.
Release and Indemnity
With the exception of rights arising from this Limited Warranty, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to personal injury or property damage arising from the use or purchase of the winch rope, including any legal fees or costs incurred in the defense of such claims.
Governing Law
This Agreement and all claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our products shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of United States of America and the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, Customer agrees to these terms and conditions and consents to exclusive jurisdiction for any claims or disputes to be heard in the United States of America or the United Kingdom.
